Recruitment and Selection

Training

The Geopfert Company is dedicated to training that will sustain the level of expertise Geopfert personnel now possess. Under the direction of a Geopfert company manager and a manufacturer's representative, our employees receive personal attention to assure continued professional growth. Geopfert technicians attend regularly scheduled Geopfert training sessions and courses sponsored by Trane, Carrier, Lennox, York, and other manufacturers.

Because of this intensive training, we provide the highest quality service. you can rely on having your systems professionally maintained and improved as innovations occur. Recent training topics include the following:

• Water Source Heat Pump Service
• Chiller Service
• Metering Devices & Controls
• Tear Down & Troubleshooting
• VAV Systems
• Air Properties & Measurement
• Computer Room A/C Service
• Electric, Pneumatic & Mechanical Controls
• Refrigeration, Medium/Low Temperature

In addition, Geopfert personnel have attended a nationally recognized carbon monoxide and combustion analysis training course and detailed courses through our local trade's organization and union. We support continuing education from apprentice through advanced journeyman.
